Thank you for requesting information about the PAWS' reduced cost neuter/spay program. You must live within the Greater Kansas City area to participate in our program. PAWS is a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to reducing the over-population of cats and dogs through reduced cost neutering. This program is only for those who honestly cannot afford the regular cost of the surgery. Please check with a veterinarian in your area for prices. We cannot help with sick or injured animals, annual vaccinations, declaws or other surgeries. If you now realize that you can afford the cost of this surgery, please call your local veterinarian hospital and make an appointment to have your cat or dog altered. We ask that you don't take advantage of our donors or the veterinarians that participate if you have the financial means to pay regular price for the surgery.
